The staff were helpful . They were always available at the reception desk.
I was disappointed by the noise level. It was very loud at night. Sleep was difficult because i could hear everything from the street. the breakfast selection was limited, offering few options.

the hotel was very clean and inviting. the room was a good size. it included all proper facilities. the staff was very helpful and friendly. it is in a great location.
i was double charged for the tourist tax, at a rate for 5-start hotels. the manager told me it was the new rate. the ibiza website states that was not true. that leaves a bad aftertaste.

the hotel is a short walk to the bus station. you can take the disco bus. it is also a short walk to the marina. the marina has an amazing view.

The room was bright. Air-conditioning worked fantastically. It was an easy walk from the center of town. The bus stop was close, so travel was simple. GREAT cafes stood close by.
I found the distance to parking was a bit of a hassle when I arrived with luggage.
